NOWEFU Elections to Hold in November, Fon of Nkambe Tipped President General

Reports say the extraordinary and elective General Assembly of the North West Fons Union will hold in November. According to reports, the new constitution has been finalized pending adoption by the General Assembly. The Eye is aware that all would be over by November this year. It is alleged the new constitution has introduced the position of President of the General Assembly pending adoption and approval of the General Assembly. According to the new constitution, only a former President is eligible to be elected President of the General Assembly. Fon Teche, outgoing President we gathered has been tipped.
It is no more news that Donga Mantung Division would produce the next President General of NOWEFU. So far, HRH Fon Ibrahim Japbfu Nfor (fon of Nkambe) has been tipped as Teche's successor. He will become the pioneer President General under this new constitution.
