When News Breaks Out, We Break In. Minute by Minute Report on Cameroon and Africa
The team headed by the Acting CPDM
Section President for Bamenda I, Tala Yadji El-Baba visited nursery and primary
schools of that municipal to extend a hand of fellowship to pupils. From Abangoh
through Ntoh to Ntaafi, the CPDM bigwigs of Bamenda I reached out to over 25
schools and about 3500 pupils with exercise books. Talking to this report, Tala Yadji El-Baba
said that at the end of the excise, they intend to reach-out to all the schools
in the Sub Division and to all the pupils. “The idea is the support the parent
and that each child should have atleast 3 exercise books”, he stated. To Tala
Yadji, it is not because elections are near but a routine exercise they have
been doing. The support to schools he said has come to stay and would go a long
way to sustain the education of the kids. He said his party’s support in term
of books is the best thing the CPDM can offer to children reasons why (they)
the CPDM party militants consider the act of giving support to pupils at back
to school as primordial.
