COMMUNIQUE
JUSTICE4ALL has learnt with the most profound concern the death of a pregnant woman at Larquintinie Hospital, Douala, apparently not only due to culpable negligence, but from impropriety on the part of the hospital staff.
JUSTICE4ALL demands that the competent judicial authorities conduct expeditiously a judicial enquiry in order to apportion criminal liability any. We hold the strong opinion that the unfortunate occurrence is not within the jurisdiction of administrative authorities who ever hoodwink the population that a commission of enquiry has been set up when they never ever publish any findings in the end.
JUSTICE4ALL challenges the government of Cameroun to take full responsibility for its abysmal failure to check corruption with the many fatal consequences from its free prevalence. And we undertake to work with the bereaved family in the pursuit of attaining the ends of justice.
