2016 GCE Results Released

Statistics show that there has been a mark improvement in the GCE General and a drop in the GCE Technical. Also, there has been an improvement in the Ordinary levels with a 62.17%  passed in the general education up from 33.93% last year. 11 schools have scored 100% at the ordinary levels with seven candidates having 33 points.
In the Advanced levels, 25 schools have registered a 100% passed with 66.5% up from 60% with 27 candidates having five A grades. However, Humphrey Monono, Registrar at GCE Board has dumped the much criticized option of obtaining results via mobile network while Android youths in Buea are currently sharing the results via blue-tooth. In an interview with CRTV Monono claims students can still access their results via NEXTTEL network using a code which we are still to have it.
