Prophet T.B. Joshua Releases Video Evidence on His Predicted About Terrorist Attack in France

Following the fresh terror attack in France which left over 80 persons dead, a video has surfaced on how Prophet T.B. Joshua, prophesied the terror attack.
The video  on YouTube shows how Prophet T.B. Joshua, the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, prophesied a terror attack which eventually happened  in France where over 80 persons were killed in Nice, France.
The sad story goes that a gunman driving a lorry shot sporadically into a crowd of people in the southern French city of Nice during the celebration of the Bastille Day (French Independence day) national holiday on Thursday.
The video clip released by Prophet T.B Joshua's church, disclosed that on July 10, the Prophet reportedly gave a televised prophetic message at the SCOAN in Lagos, regarding an attack on Thursday, July 14.
“Since morning, God keeps saying we should pray and fast on Thursday to avert any attack in any nation. On Thursday, this coming Thursday, pray and fast.
“I said which nation? I can’t say which nation the attack they are talking about. But every nation just pray on Thursday an attack on any nation should be averted,” T.B Joshua said in the video clip.
Below is the video as shared by T.B. Joshua’s broadcasting network, Emmanuel TV, six hours after the attack, as the church claimed the Prophet known for his prophecies, foresaw the attack.

Nobel Lareaute, Wole Soyinka Speaks out on Biafra

Prof. Wole Soyinka has finally spoken out over the continued marginalization of the Igbos as he gives his backing to Biafrans.
Prof. Wole Soyinka
Nigeria's first Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka has given his support to Biafran agitators seeking for independence from Nigeria.
The renowned poet revealed the reasons why he is backing Biafrans as he said the Igbo people have been so wronged that they have no choice than to consider opting out of Nigeria.
According to a report by DailySun, Prof. Soyinka spoke on Al Jazeera, yesterday where he shed light on his support for Biafra agitators.
“I am very much pro- Biafra because I recognise that the Igbo have been wronged desperately.
“They have been brutalised in a way that justifies their feeling that they were not part of the nation.
“Let me also say this, Biafrans are not entirely innocent in this affair. They were not, but the unleashing of such venom, such devastation on them as a people, was sufficient to justify their decision not to be part of the nation.
“I was pro-Biafran in the sense that I felt that they needed justice.”
Soyinka denied he was a troublemaker, especially in the Biafran crisis, but added, “I grew up in certain circumstances being very conscious politically, in this very Abeokuta; my mother was involved in the politics, my aunt, Mrs. Funmilayo Ransome Kuti was a leader…
“I grew up among political arguments on issues that concern humanity and I find that basically gravitated towards recognising the basic worth of human beings.
“Something I disagree when they call me a patriot because I don’t agitate on some certain entity called a nation; I agitate on humanity.”
He criticised the removal of History and teaching of the Biafran crisis in schools.
“Officials do not want to confront their own history, especially the history in the making of which they feel uncomfortable but, if you do not confront your past, you are going to mess up your future.”

SDF Shadow Cabinet Minister Debunks Allegations that Osih is Presidential Candidate

Vanigasen Mochiggle: Shadow Cabinet Minister
SDF Shadow Cabinet Minister for Internal Affairs, Vanigansen Mochiggle has debunked allegations that Hon. Osih Joshua is the Presidential candidate for the upcoming elections in 2018. In a Facebook reaction posted by the North West Coalition of Civil Society Organizations, Vanigansen Mochiggle said that the story is an imagination, adding that "  the organs and the structures of the party are clearly spelt in the party's constitution. In no section of the Constitution do we have nomenclature as "wise men ". Furthermore any serious and authoritative member of the party cannot claim such title as he exposes himself / herself to disciplinary sanctions as provided for in section 15 (d)(v) and 16 of the party constitution read together. It is forbidden to use or assume names and titles not recognized by the party. Culprits expose themselves to disciplinary sanctions. Over and above, serious party policies or decisions are not articulated on the pages of news organs."

Complete Reaction below....

REBUTTAL PROBABLE ENDORSEMENT OF HON JOSHUA OSIH AS S.D.F PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.
An online publication Cameroon Journal has asserted that an authoritative source within the S.D.F who requested anonymity hinted that there is negotiation between a so called group of wise men of the party to cause the National Chairman Ni John Fru Ndi to ordain the party's 1st Vice National Chairman Hon Joshua Osih as the S.D.F presumptive presidential candidate for 2018 presidential election. This story is the imagination of a news organ in search of notoriety. The organs and the structures of the party are clearly spelt in the party's constitution. Over and above, serious party policies or decisions are not articulated on the pages of news organs.
Hon. Osih Joshua
The mechanism for choosing the party presidential candidate is stated in the party's constitution and has been applied since the creation of the party. The S.D.F Constitution has no provisions for natural candidates, presumptive candidates nor candidates through the "lifting" of hands. Candidates for presidential election is selected during an extra ordinary party convention convened for that purpose. Currently, National Executive Committee teams are carrying out a nationwide reorganization of the basic party structures. This in line with the declaration of the national Chairman during the Silver Jubilee Celebrations. I quote, "we therefore call on all party members to prepare themselves...... by getting engaged in the renewal exercise which will be launched after this anniversary celebrations...... " This regional commissions never had presidential candidates opinion survey as term of reference. As provided for in the party's constitution and officially declared by the National Chairman during the 26th anniversary of the party. The party will have an Ordinary Convention next year. Conventions offer occasion per excellence for the evaluation and codification of party policies. It also permits the renewal of leadership at NEC level. This issue of presumptive candidate is a serious distraction geared to distabilise the party and news organs have been solicited for that purpose.

Nigerian Lawmakers Lament Current Economic Squeeze

The current economic hardship in Nigeria has been extended to the two arms of the National Assembly as the lawmakers have complained bitterly about the delay in the payment of salaries as well as other entitlements.

Following the dwindling oil prices and other internal crises, Nigerian's monocultural economy has taken a nosedive in recent times with the masses as the major casualties.
Meanwhile, a recent report by New Telegraph has revealed the lawmakers who are privileged citizens in the Nigerian state are currently feeling the excruciating heat of the economic squeeze as their financial entitlements have been arriving untimely. The massive salaries of the lawmakers in the senate and the House of Reps members haven't been forthcoming and their oversight functions badly affected.
It was learnt that the National Assembly members and their legislative aides are still owed June salaries and allowances. Some Special Assistants (SAs) to principal officers of the Senate were paid last in February.
A cross section of senators and members of the House of Representatives lamented that the cash crunch had prevented them from carrying out their legislative functions effectively as well as fulfilling their campaign promises to their constituents since their inauguration on June 9, 2015.
“We are not shielded from the economic reality in the country. As at today , my June salary has not been paid and I don't have an idea as to when it will be paid . Really, the economy of the country is really affecting legislative functions, ” a principal of the Senate told a reporter last night. It was further learnt that the management and staff of the bureaucracy were not affected by the non - payment of salaries and allowances, as they were all paid before the end of June. Since the inauguration of the National Assembly on June 9, 2015 , it has been observed that both the lawmakers and their aides had hardly received their entitlements in good time.
The situation got bad such that legislative aides were owed January, February and March salaries up till April, when they were paid backlog of their monthly emoluments. One of the serving legislative aides, who spoke to a correspondent on the condition of anonymity, said that the management of the National Assembly had not even paid the aides their duty tour allowances (DTA) from June last year when they resumed duty till date.
The management of the apex assembly also had issues with the legislative aides who served in the immediate last assembly , leading to the ex - aides staging a protest in September last year at the National Assembly complex over non - payment of their severance gratuity and DTA totalling N 7billion.
The legislative aides affected were those who worked with members of the Seventh National Assembly. Some of the aides, according to inquiries made by New Telegraph , were those who served as senior legislative aides (SLA ), legislative aides (LA), personal assistants (PA ) and personal secretaries to Senators and House members.
The management partly paid the ex -legislative aides by the end of January, while no specific date has been announced for the payment of the outstanding. Senator Sam Egwu (PDP, Ebonyi North), in an interview with a correspondent, lamented that the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, had negated the first line charge status of the National Assembly, resulting in the institution being treated as ministries in terms of accessing its funds

British Prime Minister, David Cameron to Officially Resign on Wednesday?

The British Prime Minister, David Cameron has announced that he will officially resign this week.
British Prime Minister, David Cameron and Theresa May poised to become the next Prime Minister on Wednesday
Theresa May is set to become the UK's next prime minister after Andrea Leadsom pulled out of the contest to become Conservative Party leader. The timing of the handover of power from David Cameron looks set to be after PM's questions on Wednesday.
Mrs May, 59, who backed staying in the EU, has been home secretary since 2010. Mrs Leadsom, who campaigned to leave the EU, said the UK needed "strong and stable government" and that Mrs May was "ideally placed" to implement Brexit.
A statement is expected from its chairman, Graham Brady, at about 17:00 BST.
Mrs May is also expected to make a public statement, at about 18:00 BST, according to BBC assistant political editor Norman Smith.
In a speech earlier on Monday setting out her leadership campaign platform, Mrs May - who rejected the argument that the next leader and prime minister had to have been someone on the winning side of the EU referendum - said: "Brexit means Brexit and we're going to make a success of it."

Shey Jones Ends Political Wrangling within CPDM in Nwa

Shey Jones Yembe
Shey Jones Yembe, Divisional Coordinator of the CPDM enjoined the newly elected section Executive to make sure that the spirit of mutual coexistence strives. Before performing the installation, Shey Jones reminded CPDM militants that they have always made Donga Mantung Division proud. “In the last elections Nwa won the Parliamentary seat and the council for the CPDM”, this he continued is a mark of seriousness that should be solidified. Harping on how Nwa has always made Donga Mantung people proud in all the spheres of life, he recounted how the first PHD holder, degree holder, first senator for Donga Mantung as well as the first ever personality from Division to be appointed a full minister (all came from Nwa). He also told militants that the Divisional coordination doesn’t replace the Section. “Section Presidents remain the bosses of the party at the grassroots” he added. He called on the elected officials to make sure that their ambitions coincide with party “let the party not be a victim. Lead and let others live”. He urged militants to adopt the principle of sharing, as well as learn how to forgive and forget.

Welcoming the team led by Shey Jones, the Section President Elect for Donga Mantung V (Nwa), Hon. Genesis Mbucksek expressed thanks to the chairman of the CPDM for putting in place the coordination. Hon.Genesis Mbucksek used the opportunity to plead on President Biya to upgrade Nwa Sub Division into a full-flesh Division by creating the Mantung Division. He reiterated that if this is done, it will go a long way to disenclave Nwa Sub Division. He lauded the CPDM militants in Nwa for their loyalty in the CPDM party.
Reconciliation
Hon. Genesis Mbucksek/Dr. Ngomfe Loma David
Focusing on internal reconciliation to win next elections and improve the party’s declining image was one of the successes of the mission by the coordination to Nwa, though boosting the party’s image looks to be a tough task considering the wrangling that erupted after the elections which Hon. Genesis Mbucksek trashed Dr. Ngomfe Loma David. “My other priority is to start reconciliation efforts at the grass roots level. I will visit all sub sections to consolidate the efforts so far deployed by the coordination,” Hon. Genesis Mbucksek said. The hope is that the party will be more stable he said, adding that the new political development is that of late the SDF has staged a spectacular comeback.
It should be recalled that this is not the first time that two elected officials have staged a public reconciliation since 2007. But during the last CPDM party reogranisation, Hon. Genesis Mbucksek proved to be more powerful than the mayor as he crushed him to emerge the winner. "He seems to be in a very strong position. Obviously we support him strongly because of what he stands for," says John Kihchie. What we do not need right now is constant wrangling because it is this kind of behaviour that may lead to election chaos.
However, if not of Shey Jones, some CPDM politicians have done little to reconcile the two elected officials since 2007, and “we continue to live as if nothing is wrong” he continued. “We want to see leaders travel together to preach unity”. Shey Jones has started this initiative for the CPDM in Nwa and I wish that the two main persons forgive one another though its difficult to forget.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Set to Re-marry

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome who allegedly gave up on his former wife when it became clear to him that there was no way that they could resolve their differences and save their marriage, is reportedly set to re-marry.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

An exclusive report by ThisDay, has revealed that influential cleric, Chris Oyakhilome, who is the founding president of Believers' Loveworld Incorporated a.k.a Christ Embassy, is considering taking another wife, years after his marriage to his lovely wife, Anita Chris Oyakhilome (who has since reverted to her maiden name) collapsed.
Although the dandy pastor hasn’t made this known to his congregation, close sources and findings, revealed that a large segment of his congregation are already aware of his plans to take another wife, and rather than urge him to reconcile with his wife, they are reportedly cheering him on.
Shockingly, it has also been learnt that the ladies have started positioning themselves to fill up the void created by Anita’s departure from his life, as a lot of fair-skinned ladies in the church’s branches at home and abroad have started jostling to become the next Mrs. Oyakhilome. But Pastor Chris is reportedly not interested in any of them.
Sources revealed that by the time he names his new bride, every member of his congregation will gape in surprise.
The billionaire pastor allegedly gave up on his former wife when it became clear to him that there was no way that they could resolve their differences and save their marriage. Previous attempts to reconcile the couple by church elders, friends and family had proved futile.
While Pastor Chris prepares to take a new bride as widely speculated, his estranged wife, Anita has since reverted to her maiden name. She is now to be addressed as Anita Ebhodaghe.

As National Exco of Ntundip Abee Steps Down, Here are the Stakes and Implications

On Saturday July 2, 2016 the entire executive of the Ntundip Development Union commonly known as
Ntundip Abee resigned in frustration accusing the fon of meddling in its management and protecting embezzlers of development funds. This action is definitely going to have devastating consequences on the development of a village which has developed thanks to self reliance after it was abandoned by government.  Now that there is no EXCO to galvanize Ntundipians to continue to contribute for development the village, it is feared that development efforts in the village will come to a standstill. Just take a look at some of the achievements of Ntundip Abee in less than 15 years.
The Report Card of Ntundip Abee that has just been shut down
·         Rehabilitation of GS Ntundip
·         Construction of a multipurpose community hall
·          Rehabilitation of bridges linking Kuvlu and Nseh villages
·          Rehabilitation and extension of water supply scheme.
·         Extension of electricity to parts of the village
·         Renovation of the palace
·         Organisation and sponsorship of 2011 bfu bfu celebration
·         Construction of five class rooms at GSS Ntundip
·          Follow up of documents to permit the Fon earn his monthly salary from government
·          Continuous education sensitization and mobilization of the people to donate annually for development projects
·         Assisting the churches
·          Assisting the Fon through the traditional council to solve conflicts in the village
·          Rehabilitation of the road through road maintenance committees
·          Empowering the women and youths
The most interesting thing is that the development union has been able to stand out of the madding crowd with an average of one project per year in fifteen years of continued existence. This is a record that would have merit to enter into the GUINNESS Book of Record yet some few individuals have decided to toll with the destiny of a whole generation.
Stakes and Implications
In fact, considering the achievements so far realized by Ntundip Abee, it would be fool Hardy to allow things to degenerate. Worries as to whether the few embezzlers in Douala who ran “helter scalter” to hide under throne and the fon could do better abounds high. The truth is that even in 100 years, the five guys in Douala and the fon can never ever realize a quarter of what the union has achieved in 15years.
It is worth mentioning that The Eye does not only report and criticize, we are suggesting that the Fon should cause the embezzlers to cough out the one million two hundred thousand and deposits the financial records in their keeping. If that is done, he can call for a reconciliation meeting. That is our humble advice.
Notwithstanding, all attempts to talk to some members of the resigned EXCO on the achievements of Ntundip Abee failed as they maintained sealed lips. One of them even banged his phone on us\ saying they no longer have anything to do with the association that we should rather contact the fon who is the new coordinator but the Eye investigated and got some of the major achievements listed above.
It is interesting that some of the projects directly benefit the Fon who is now seen to be standing on the way to development.
It is time for renowned levelheaded elite(s) like Dr Nick Ngwanyam, Dr Tandap Lucas, Oswald Ngwang, Nji Zebulon Nji Samuel, Captain Ngwang Martin etc etc to act fast and bring the village together including the fon in order to resolve this matter before the village start suffering because of few position mongers who have planted the seed of discord just because they want to be the ones incharge. Leadership as Ntumfor says is an appointment from God and should not be imposed on whosoever. It is even alleged that part of the money in individual pockets in Douala was meant for the construction of classrooms at GSS Ntundip where the Fon is a student and had just written his “Ordinary Levels”. One Bamenda based floor member even questioned that if the other branches pocketed their own contribution the secondary where he (the fon) studies would not have been constructed. Ntundip stands to gain a lot in unity than in pieces.

Lesson from Nigeria: How Buhari, Governors Can be Arrested and Prosecuted While in Office

Popular Lagos-based human rights activist and lawyer, Femi Falana, has said the era of absolute immunity had gone and that President Buhari, his deputy and governors who committed criminal act could be arrested while in office.
Femi Falana (SAN)
While speaking on: “Limit of executive immunity” in Benin to mark the 60th birthday of Prof. Julius Ihonvebere, the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana, on Saturday, said the era of absolute immunity had gone and that President Buhari, his deputy, Yemi Osinbajo and  governors who committed criminal act could be arrested while in office and taken for trials.
The human rights activist who disclosed that immunity did not also extend to electoral fraud, said that according to a Supreme Court ruling, there was no longer absolute immunity, therefore governors involved in criminal charges, including the leadership of the National Assembly must face the law.

Recall that Femi Falana had earlier in an article on June 22 quoted the Supreme Court as ruling in Chief Gani Fawehinmi vs. Inspector General of Police (2002) 23 WRN 1:
“That a person protected under section 308 of the 1999 Constitution, going by its provisions, can be investigated by the police for an alleged crime or offence is, in my view, beyond dispute. To hold otherwise is to create a monstrous situation whose manifestation may not be fully appreciated until illustrated.
"The evidence may be useful for impeachment purposes if the House of Assembly may have need of it. It may no doubt be used for prosecution of the said incumbent Governor after he has left office. But to do nothing under the pretext that a Governor cannot be investigated is a disservice to the society.”
He urged the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his Deputy, Ike Ekweremadu, to face the forgery charges against them rather than politicking about it, saying “they have no immunity to dodge the charges against them.’’
He faulted the invitation extended to the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, by the leadership of the senate over the forgery allegation against the senate president and his deputy.
“The senate is now politicising the issue, saying it is political victimization but not that the offence was not committed.
“As leaders of the National Assembly, you are supposed to be above board and that is even the more reason you must be careful.
“But I want to remind the senate that the Attorney General of the Federation is only answerable to his boss, who is the president and nobody else. The same thing applies to the states, so there is no longer absolute immunity in this country.
“And that is why what is happening in Ekiti today about money found in a bank and the governor is saying it is illegal to freeze his account that is not true. Any issue that is criminal in nature must be treated as such,” he declared.
Falana however described Ihonvbere as a resourceful Nigerian, who fought doggedly for the nation’s democracy.
Present at the occasion where Falana spoke are: Governor Adams Oshiomhole; the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs,  Usani Uguru; Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Elizabeth Ativie and other members of the State Executive Council.

Nigerian Surgeons Construct Bladder for Cancer Patient

Nigerian doctors in the northern part of Nigeria have achieved a remarkable feat that would have cost quite a fortune abroad.

Nigerian doctors at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, have grabbed the news headlines in a landmark achievement in the history of medicine and surgery in Nigeria.
Premium Times reveals the surgeons constructed a fresh bladder for an 18-year old person suffering from cancer named Saidu Ibrahim. The patient is a student of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi who was diagnosed of having malignant cells in the tissues of his bladder.
The team of capable hands through a painstaking surgical operation removed his bladder and replaced it with an artificial one called "neo-bladder reconstruction" to save the young man's life.
The team, which included Dr. Makama Salihu, the head of surgery, ATBUTH Bauchi, was led by Haruna Liman. Mr. Usman told the online news platform that the patient had a five-year history of passing blood in his urine as a result of the cancer of the bladder.
“When we evaluated Ibrahim, we discovered that he had a mass in the bladder, so he had to go through various screening such as intravenous pyelogram, (series of x-rays of the kidney, ureters and bladder), biopsy (removal of cell tissues so that they can be viewed under the microscope by a pathologist), and Cystoscopy, which is a diagnostic procedure where a hollow lighted tube is used to look inside the bladder,” he said.
“All these procedures were conducted to establish whether there were cancerous cells or not ‎in his situation, the aim was to control the tumour from spreading because there was a spread of the tumour into the pipes that link urine between the kidney and bladder”
“The aim of this procedure is to give him the best option because there is no cure for cancer. What we did for him was to control the tumour from spreading and increase his chance of survival and that we have achieved so far. The second part of the procedure was to remove the bladder and refashion a new bladder for him,”
‎ he said.

Cameroonians in Italy Woo Investors in Business Forum

Blaise Nkfunkoh presenting his paper
The Second Business Forum bringing together Cameroonians based in Italy and Italian investors took place on June 17, 2016 in line with Italy/Africa economic relations which seeks to reinforce economic ties between Italy and countries of Sub-Saharan Africa. In an effort to woo investors and corporate organisations the organizers of the forum presented elaborated vistas of opportunities which Italian investors can grab by investing in Cameroon. Italy currently imports from Cameroon, petrol, wood, coffee, cotton and rubber, among others and the Business Forum was one of the rare opportunities for Italian investors to acquaint themselves to the potentials that Cameroon possesses in the domains of agriculture, electricity, mining, real estate and others. Besides these rich natural potentials, the peace and stability in the country as well as the country’s encouraging investment charter were some of the major attractions of the forum. Organized in collaboration with the Italian Ambassador to Cameroon H.E Samuela Isopi, the Cameroonian Ambassador to Italy H.E Dominique Awono Essama, the Cameroonian Consulate for the FVG Region H.E Massimiliano Fabian, Italian Entrepreneur Dr Fabio Santini- Director of Casa Italia Italy, Casa Italia Cameroon and Blaise Nkfunkoh Ndamnsah President of ANOLF(Associazione Nazionale Oltre Le Frontiere ) Gorizia, speakers also used the opportunity to expose government’s quest to encourage effective public-private sector partnership.

According Blaise Nkfunkoh Ndamnsah, the Cameroon Diasporas is seeking synergy with the investors with hopes that it will produce the greatest potential to spur provision of social amenities for the benefit of the entire citizenry and boost Vision 2035. He explained that Cameroon is endowed with an availability of ready markets in the face of huge population, constant electricity, cheap labour, serene environment and other gigantic opportunities that give room for businesses to strive. To Blaise, the Diasporas intends to carryout similar forums in the country to stimulate enthusiasm and in order to instill stable economic growth so as to contribute in alleviating poverty.
Italy is reportedly excelling in the domains of advanced technology, infrastructure, agro industry (produce, process and conserve agricultural products) and electronics. Reason why Cameroon is suitable for engage in mobilising Italian entrepreneurs all over the National territories to invest in Cameroon.

The National Executive of Ntundip Abee Steps Down

The National Executive of Ntundip Abee held a crisis meeting in Bamenda on July 2, 2016 in view of seeking solutions to the precarious crisis that has left members perplex. The most pathetic thing is that the national executive decided to step down following incessant interferences of the Fon in issues that compromises the life of the association. Ntundip Abee is one of the most vibrant development associations in Mbumland which has recorded land mark results. To their credit is the electrification project, the construction of five classrooms at GSS Ntundip, the village water scheme just to name these few. With the national executive stepping down, it is feared the development of Ntundip will be jeopardized.

Here below is the Release from the National Exco

                   PRESS RELEASE

From:
 National Executive Committee
To:
His Royal Majesty the Fon of Ntundip
Copies: The Ntundip Traditional Council
The Ntundip village council

Subject: WE ARE STEPPING DOWN NOW THAT THE FON IS THE GENERAL COORDINATOR, DEBT RECOVERY OFFICER AND TREASURER OF NTUNDIP ABEE

We write to inform the people of Ntundip at home and elsewhere that we will no longer function as the
Fon of Ntundip
Executive of Ntundip Abee since the Fon of Ntundip has taken over our role. For the past years it has been very difficult and frustrating coordinating the development of Ntundip because of the activities of our Fon who instead of playing the role of Adviser number one (1) as our constitution prescribes, has decided to manage Ntundip Abee affairs himself taking controversial decisions without consulting the National Executive thereby putting the development association under stress and permanently in crisis.
A)    The Fon as General Coordinator
Of recent, there was a controversy over the Ntundip Abee Meeting venue in Douala. Some individuals who have been working hard to divide the Douala branch of Ntundip Abee secretly contacted the Fon who wrote a document, challenging the democratic choice of the Interim Douala Branch President, challenging the branch president’s authority and that of the General Coordination. We find it embarrassing that the Fon should incite wayward members to disrespect a branch president he himself installed just a few months ago. Since 2002 when Ntundip Abee was created, it has never been the responsibility of the Fon to choose where branches should hold their meetings. The worse is that the Fon wrote a secret letter to a group of embezzlers in Douala: a letter the group has used to embarrass Ntundip Abee (see the report from the Douala branch here attached).
B)    The Fon as Treasurer of Ntundip Abee
A fundraiser was organized at Hotel le Nde in Douala on the 10th November, 2012 to support development projects in the village. For about four years now some members of the Douala branch have refused to deposit the money as well as other branch contributions into the Ntundip Abee Account as required by the constitution. We have come to realize that the Fon has been supporting them and even wrote a document to protect the embezzlers of village development funds and advising them not to hand the money to Ntundip Abee but to him. When did the Fon become the treasurer of Ntundip Abee? Since Ntundip Abee was created in 2002, the Fon has never meddled neither with the management nor finances of the development association. This is a clear demonstration of lack of trust in the executive of Ntundip Abee. Why should we then continue to function as an executive when the Fon is taking decisions on our behalf and contradicting us?
C)    The Fon as a Debt Recovery Officer of Ntundip Abee
We are aware that the Fon would be travelling to Douala to contest the choice of venue made by the Douala Branch interim EXCO in consultation with the General Coordination unit and to recover the funds the individuals have embezzled.
We wish to make the following observations:
1. The Fon has not been mandated by Ntundip Abee to recover funds on its behalf.
2. The Fon is not a signatory to the Ntundip Abee account neither does he have the Douala branch financial records; therefore, he certainly does not know how much the individuals have embezzled.
3. Even if he recovers the money he certainly shall not lodge it into the Ntundip Abee account.
4. Ntundip Abee has bank statements of the Douala branch second Account and the proceeds from the fundraiser and other branch contributions are not lodged therein.
5. The individuals in the Douala Branch are not the only ones who embezzled Ntundip Abee money. There are two other cases in the Bamenda branch who embezzled but have negotiated and started paying; it is interesting to note that the Fon is protecting only the Douala based embezzlers.
Statement of Facts
1. Let it be known that the amount so far embezzled is above One million two hundred thousand (1 200 000) FCFA, still counting; in terms of funds raised, annual levy, development fee and insurance contributions.
2. The embezzlers had become so dubious that even after the installation of the Interim Exco on the 25th October, 2015, they still went ahead and effected several withdrawals from the Ntundip Abee Account up to 14th January, 2016 (see photocopies of the bank statements of the second account here attached).
3. These embezzlers went ahead to close and transfer the first
Douala branch account without the mandate of the meeting, while the financial statement of this account is still pending.
4. We are surprised that while leaders lead by majority, our Fon has chosen to stand by a negative minority of individuals who are neither registered members nor do attend or contribute to village development, and who have nothing to offer except confusion and division.
The confusion created by the actions of the Fon have not started today. In 2012, the Fon, acting contrary to Ntundip Abee advice traveled to Douala for a fundraiser and ended up caged by these same individuals and could not attend the occasion.
For four years, and in spite of several resolutions taken by Ntundip Abee, the Fon has been unable to cause the Nwarong secret society to fell eucalyptus and raffia trees at the Ntundip water catchment area. Community work has become a failure as some quarter heads influence their subjects to boycott. Some Ntundip Abee members have stopped contributing to village development because of cases of embezzlement and disunity between the Fon and his sub chiefs which is negatively affecting community work while others have resorted to damaging the water supply network. That is why the National Executive scheduled an Exco meeting in Bamenda on 26th March 2016 to look into these problems. The Fon, who was compulsorily part of this meeting, boycotted and preferred to hold a rival meeting with the Douala embezzlers in his palace on the same day and time, in spite of the fact that the meeting began late because we were waiting. We had severally advised the Fon to always consult Ntundip Abee before taking actions on complaints and phone calls he receives from individuals reporting Ntundip Abee issues to him but the Fon has not listened.
Now that the Fon has become the General Coordinator, Debt Recovery Officer, treasurer of Ntundip Abee and has gone to the extent of refusing to attend Ntundip Abee EXCO meetings, there is no need for the Ntundip Abee Excecutive to continue existing as if we want to challenge the authority of our Fon. The Fon and his able and trusted embezzlers of the Douala Branch may now take over Ntundip Abee affairs, start organizing the 2016 Congress in December and follow up development projects the way it suits him and his group.
We deeply regret the inconveniences this decision might cause the development of Ntundip, especially the branches on whose mandate we have been operating.
We the undersigned, meeting in Bamenda this 2nd Day of July 2016 and from the date of signature of this communiqué, cease to be, and act for and on behalf of, Ntundip Abee.

Attendance and participation at the Ntundip Abee Extra-ordinary executive meeting held on 02/07/2016 in Bamenda
