"We must stop making empty promises. Talking about roads everywhere is pointless if what we deliver is substandard. We cannot afford a situation where a road is tarred today only to deteriorate within two months or vanish altogether. Our commitment must be to say what we can do and do what we say. This is the only way to restore trust and ensure real development."
