The family of the Rt. Honourable Simon Achidi Achu, has made public his burial programme. According to the programme former Prime Minister, senator and one of cum most refined politician of the North West Region will be buried on July 3, 2021 in Santa. The Rt. Honourable Simon Achidi Achu will be remembered as the initiator of "politics na njangi" and " scratch my back, I scrath your back" a slogan that revamped the CPDM in the North West Region. He was a man of the people, career politician, great statesman and farmer.
He occupied several positions and contributed enormously towards nation building.
