Monday 9, 2016 machines of the Upper Noun Valley Development Authority-UNVDA have kick-started maintenance work on the stretch of the Ring Road from Kumbo-Nkum-Ndu-Nkambe-Misaje. The one Compactor, one Grader, one Front-loader, two Bulldozers (equipment pool) of UNVDA is reported constantly going epileptic. This scenario of constant breakdowns have cast doubts on the quality of works, yet speculations are still rife at that it may still be too early to judge UNVDA output. Popular opinion in Donga Mantung is aghast that the road is being graded and not tarred as expected.
