Things Your Spouse Must Know About You

There is a school of thought that obscures the true meaning of trust in marriage which has consistently undermined the significance of the institution.
While some believe that certain secrets can only be shared after many years of marriage as trust is a process which takes time; others believe that trust must be anchored in a relationship right from the start.
There are certain secrets you should never keep from your spouse and when not shared, they may eventually come to light and destroy your intending marriage or the marriage you have been nurturing for years.

IDENTITY

The truth is: trust is having faith in your spouse enough to be able to share your feelings as well as your secrets too.You are unique because you have your own identity, your own strengths and weaknesses too.
Do not change your distinctiveness, be proud of who you are by learning and understanding your own personality and your own talents, which will help your spouse and others relate to you.

HEALTH

Health, they say is wealth, and right from courtship, it is significant to discuss your families’ health history so that you can both be aware of the different conditions within your family settings and how they can affect your own individual health.
When you are able to share your health issues, you are more likely to find support right from the start and also someone to lean on when you are not strong too.

 ADDICTION

Openness can bring many good tidings to your marriage because it embraces love, empathy, honesty and understanding. Everyone has a bad habit but unfortunately some are worse than others, which can eventually lead towards an addiction.
If you have been down the rough lane in the past or still battling with an addiction, it will not be in your best interest to keep it to yourself alone as its effect in the end can be devastating for yourself and the family in general. The probability of overcoming your addiction is higher when you are able to confide in your spouse and seek his/her support as – a problem shared they say, is problem halved.

ABUSE

Abuse is a very grievous matter which often has an adverse impact on the victims, leaving them feeling dishonoured because they have been violated and exploited. A spouse who has experienced abuse, either as a child or an adult, may often have hallucinations which can affect their personality and ability to enjoy a good life and marriage, to say the least.
Abuse can leave a lasting scar if you allow yourself to carry the burden and pains alone; it can also be very difficult to share your feelings, especially if you have been sexually abused. Think about it, your spouse will never understand what you’ve gone through and how to support you if you don’t speak out.

FINANCES

Marriage is a union of two individuals complementing one another and not competing with one another. You can only enjoy a great marital relationship when you are both honest about your finances and able to plan together towards your financial goals. Irrespective of who is working and who is not, be honest and transparent about your finances so that you can have a healthy relationship for the rest of your lives.

Manchester United may Replace Mourinho

Manchester United are lining up Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo as a potential replacement for Jose Mourinho, according to Bild (via Daily Star).
The Red Devils hierarchy are running out of patience with Mourinho after a difficult summer transfer window and a poor start to the Premier League season.
And Nuno - who earned promotion to the Premier League last season with Wolves - is on the Old Trafford outfit's shortlist to step into his Portuguese compatriot's shoes.

Pogba won't force January Man Utd exit
The midfielder remains at odds with Mou, but will stay this season
Paul Pogba will not force a January exit from Manchester United despite remaining at odds with Jose Mourinho, according to the Mirror.
The France star has held talks with Mourinho where the two agreed to put off any potential move until the summer.
However, while Pogba has accepted he will not move this season, he is likely to push for a move to Spain or a return to Juventus come the summer.

Anonymous Trump Official Speaks Out -- Treason or Public Service?

Sept. 6 (UPI) -- One of Donald Trump's senior White House staff has made a truly unprecedented move against their ultimate boss. The staffer anonymously published an opinion piece in the New York Times, in which the individual described a dilemma: Should the White House's employees stand by and watch a president who they see as "a threat to the health of our republic," or should they quietly work to resist what they see as Trump's "amoralism" and "misguided impulses"? Trump reacted to the piece in his usual style, accusing the author of "treason" and demanding the New York Times hand over their name.
It is easy to see the op-ed and ensuing furor as just one more indicator of the abject state of the Trump presidency. But the incident also poses a much more profound dilemma: When the elected politician they serve is a liability to the public, should staffers speak out and challenge them publicly, or remain loyal and do their boss' bidding?
Among commentators, researchers and staffers themselves, there are two major schools of thought. On one side are the loyalists, who take the view that staffers should be unquestioning servants. According to loyalists, since politicians are elected officials with popular mandates, their orders must be carried out. A staffer's role, then, is to find the most effective and efficient way to do that.

Man Cracks 217 Nuts with his Head

Sept. 6 (UPI) -- Guinness World Records shared video of a man cracking 217 walnuts with his head in one minute to break a record.

The video shows S. Navin Kumar using just his head to break the shells of 217 walnuts arranged on a long table.
The footage shows Kumar holding his hands behind his back as he side-steps next to the table and cracks the nuts one at a time with his cranium.
Guinness said Kumar broke the world record for most walnuts cracked against the head by 36 walnuts.
