 The former Government Delegate to the Limbe City Council Samuel Lifanda is currently spending his second night in Kondegui. He was arrested yesterday alongside Priso Mokosa and Casimire Lyonga. It should be recalled that Samuel Ebiema Lifanda, former Government Delegate to the defunct Limbe urban council, found wanting to have chopped 162 million FCFA to the state when he was in office.
